- Add the olive oil to the Instant Pot.
- Place the chicken breasts into the pot.

- Pour the water into the pot. Place the lid on the Instant Pot and ensure the valve is set to seal.
- Select MANUAL and program the Instant Pot for 15 minutes.
- Quick-release the remaining pressure once the cooking time is complete.
- Open the lid, remove the chicken, and shred it on a cutting board.
