  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch oven-safe skillet with olive oil.
  2. Evenly spread mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in the prepared dish to form a base.
  3. Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder evenly over the cheese layer.
  4. Bake for 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown at the edges.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the melted cheese, add toppings, and return to the oven.
  6. Bake for another 8–12 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly. Garnish with basil if desired.
