Method
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) for 10 minutes.
- Combine 4 cups Corn Chex, 4 cups Rice Chex, 3 cups GF pretzels, 3 cups GF cheddar crackers, and 2 cups GF O's cereal into an 11” x 15” baking dish. Stir well.
- In a small bowl, whisk together ¾ cup melted hot butter, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp seasoned salt, 3 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder until well combined.
- Pour the butter mixture evenly over the cereal mixture and toss gently but thoroughly for 1 minute to coat everything evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring well every 15 minutes, to ensure even crisping.
- Let the Chex Mix cool completely in the baking dish for at least 30 minutes before storing.
