- Add 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1/2 ripe banana, 1/4 ripe avocado, 1/2 cup ice cubes, and 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
- Pour in 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds.
- If a thinner consistency is desired, add the remaining 1/2 cup pineapple juice gradually and blend again until combined. Serve immediately.
