Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 to 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 ripe avocado

Method
 

  1. Add 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1/2 ripe banana, 1/4 ripe avocado, 1/2 cup ice cubes, and 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Pour in 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 60 seconds.
  4. If a thinner consistency is desired, add the remaining 1/2 cup pineapple juice gradually and blend again until combined. Serve immediately.

Notes

- For an extra chilled smoothie, freeze your banana chunks before blending.
- If you prefer a thicker consistency, start with less liquid and add more gradually until desired smoothness is reached.
