Ingredients
  

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mash black beans with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
