- 🌿 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 🌾 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🌾 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 🥄 Frying oil
- 🧂 Salt, to taste
- ⚫ Pepper, to taste
📋 Directions:
- 🌿 Prepare the Basil: Rinse, pat dry, and remove the basil leaves. Heat 1 inch (3 cm) of frying oil in a deep saucepan. Fry the basil leaves, one at a time, for 1 minute, turning once. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 🐟 Prepare the Monkfish: Pat the monkfish dry and cut it into large cubes. Thread three cubes onto each wooden skewer.
