📝 Ingredients:
- 480 g (1 lb) ground beef 🥩
- 1 onion, finely chopped 🧅
- 1 apple, grated 🍎
- 2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
- 4 tablespoons apricot chutney 🍑
- 2 tablespoons raisins 🍇
- 1 tablespoon curry powder 🌶️
- 1 teaspoon turmeric 🌿
- 2 slices of white bread 🍞
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 🥫
- 30 cl (1.3 cups) milk 🥛
- 1 lemon 🍋
- 6 eggs 🥚
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped 🌿
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒
- Salt 🧂

📋 Directions:
- 🍞 Remove the crusts from the slices of bread and soak them in 20 cl (3/4 cup) of milk.
- 🧅 Peel and chop the onion finely. Mince the garlic cloves. Grate the apple and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 🍳 In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and garlic for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the ground beef, curry powder, and turmeric, cooking for 5 minutes while breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon.
- 🍑 Mix in the chutney, Worcestershire sauce, raisins, and grated apple. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and fold in the soaked bread. Mix thoroughly.
- 🌿 Chop the cilantro roughly. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with 10 cl (1/3 cup) of milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cilantro.
- 🥣 Transfer the meat mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- 🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes or until the custard is set and golden.
