  • 🧈 30 g butter (for greasing)
  • 🌟 Black food coloring

For the Passion Fruit Coulis:

  • 🥭 8 passion fruits
  • 🍬 30 g sugar
  • 🍊 8 cl orange juice
  • 🌽 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 🌿 1 teaspoon black and white sesame seeds

📋 Directions:

  1. 🍚 Prepare the Rice:
    • Bring the coconut milk, regular milk, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
    • Rinse the rice under cold water, then add it to the milk mixture.
    • Cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed. Let cool.
  2. 🥞 Make the Crêpes:
    • In a bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Whisk in the egg, milk, and black food coloring until smooth.
    • Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
    • Heat a non-stick pan and grease lightly with butter. Cook thin crêpes, keeping them warm on a plate over a pot of simmering water.
