- 🍊 8 cl orange juice
- 🌽 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 🌿 1 teaspoon black and white sesame seeds
📋 Directions:
- 🍚 Prepare the Rice:
- Bring the coconut milk, regular milk, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
- Rinse the rice under cold water, then add it to the milk mixture.
- Cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed. Let cool.
- 🥞 Make the Crêpes:
- In a bowl, sift the flour and sugar. Whisk in the egg, milk, and black food coloring until smooth.
- Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease lightly with butter. Cook thin crêpes, keeping them warm on a plate over a pot of simmering water.
