  • 🌰 4 tablespoons sliced almonds

📋 Directions:

  1. 💧 Prepare the Strawberry Syrup: In a bowl, mix the water with the strawberry syrup.
  2. 🍪 Soak the Biscuits: Dip the ladyfinger cookies into the strawberry syrup, ensuring they are evenly soaked.
  3. 🥚 Make the Mascarpone Cream: Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the sugar until pale and creamy. Add the mascarpone and whisk again until smooth.
  4. 🥚 Whip the Egg Whites: Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold them into the mascarpone mixture until a homogeneous cream is obtained.
  5. 🍓 Prepare the Strawberries: Wash, hull, and chop the strawberries into small pieces.
