  • 🍄 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 🥄 1 teaspoon liquid aminos or soy sauce
  • 🧈 1 teaspoon butter
  • 🧂 Salt and ⚫ black pepper, to taste

  1. Heat the Oil:
    • Begin by heating olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the Asparagus:
    • Add the trimmed asparagus pieces to the pan and sauté for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they begin to soften.
  3. Add the Mushrooms:
    • Toss the sliced mushrooms with liquid aminos or soy sauce.
    • Add the mushrooms to the pan with the asparagus and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and golden.
  4. Add Garlic and Butter:
    • Push the mushrooms and asparagus to the sides of the pan, creating space in the center.
    • Add the butter and minced garlic to the center of the pan and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
    • Stir the garlic into the vegetables and cook for an additional minute.
