Matcha & White Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 🍵 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 🍬 3/4 cup sugar
  • 🍵 1 tbsp matcha powder (culinary grade)
  • 🧈 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 🥚 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 🍫 3.5 oz white chocolate, melted

Directions:

🥄 Preheat the oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C, fan-assisted). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
