Lavender Honey Ice Cream

A delicately floral ice cream infused with lavender and sweetened with honey, perfect for a luxurious dessert experience.

Ingredients:

  • 🌸 1 tbsp dried lavender flowers
  • 🥛 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
  • 🥛 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream
  • 🍯 1/2 cup (100 g) honey
  • 🍬 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
  • 🧂 A pinch of salt

Directions:

🌸 Infuse the lavender:

  1. Heat 🥛 milk and 🥛 cream over low heat with 🌸 lavender flowers.
  2. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for 10 minutes, then strain to remove the flowers.

🍯 Add the honey:

  1. Stir in 🍯 honey, 🍬 sugar, and 🧂 salt while the mixture is still warm. Mix until fully dissolved.

🍨 Chill and churn:

  1. Cool the mixture completely in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until creamy.
