  • 🍊 Organic oranges – 2
  • 🥛 Heavy cream – 20 cl (3/4 cup)
  • 🥄 Mayonnaise – 2 tablespoons
  • 🍅 Ketchup – 1 tablespoon
  • 🌿 Fresh dill – 2 sprigs
  • 🧂 Salt – To taste
  • ⚫ Black pepper – To taste

📋 Directions:

  1. 🍊 Prepare the oranges: Zest the oranges with a microplane. Cut off the top and bottom of the oranges, then remove the peel and white pith by cutting along the curve of the fruit. Using a sharp knife, cut out the orange segments (supremes) by making “V” incisions along the membranes. Squeeze the remaining orange membranes to collect their juice.
