Chocolate Orange Ice Cream

A rich dark chocolate ice cream with a hint of orange zest, topped with candied orange peels for a sophisticated dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 🍫 7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 🍬 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 🥛 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
  • 🥛 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream
  • 🍊 1 tbsp orange zest, finely grated

Directions:

🍫 Prepare the chocolate base:

  1. In a saucepan, melt 🍫 dark chocolate over low heat with 🥛 milk and 🥛 cream. Stir until smooth.
