Carrot & Cream Cheese Swirl Cake

Ingredients:

  • 🧈 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 🥚 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 🥕 1 1/2 cups grated carrots
  • 🧀 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 🥜 1/3 cup walnuts (for decoration)
  • 🥕 Candied carrot curls (for decoration)

Directions:

🥄 Preheat the oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C, fan-assisted). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

🥣 Prepare the carrot batter:

  1. In a large bowl, combine 🥕 flour and 🍬 brown sugar.
