- 200 g (7 oz) beef tenderloin, sliced thin π₯©
- 100 g (3.5 oz) button mushrooms π
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped π§
- 10 g (0.35 oz) butter π§
- 2 teaspoons mustard π―
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste π
- 2 tablespoons light cream π₯
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika πΆοΈ
- Salt π§
- Black pepper β«
π Directions:
- π³ Peel and chop the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and onions, cooking for 10 minutes until softened.
- π₯© Add the sliced beef to the skillet with the cooked mushrooms and onions. SautΓ© gently.
- π In a small bowl, mix the tomato paste with the mustard and 50 cl (1/2 liter) of water. Pour this mixture into the skillet, stirring to combine. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
