  3. ๐ŸŽ Prepare the apples: Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut them into small pieces. In a skillet, sautรฉ the apple pieces in 20g of butter over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. ๐Ÿฅ Assemble the galette: Place one puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the hazelnut cream evenly over the pastry, leaving a 2 cm (3/4 inch) border. Layer the sautรฉed apples on top. Lightly moisten the border with water.
