Peanut Butter & Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 🥜 3.5 oz (100 g) peanut butter
  • 🍫 5.5 oz (150 g) dark chocolate (melted)
  • 🥛 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
  • 🥛 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream
  • 🍬 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar

Directions:

🥜 Prepare the base:

  1. Heat 🥛 milk and 🥛 cream in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in 🍬 sugar and 🥜 peanut butter, mixing until fully dissolved and smooth.

🍫 Add the chocolate:
