Bourbon Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

A luxurious and velvety ice cream infused with vanilla bean and a hint of bourbon, offering a refined and subtly woody flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 🍦 1 cup (250 ml) heavy cream
  • 🍦 1 cup (250 ml) whole milk
  • 🍬 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 🥃 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 🌱 1 vanilla bean (seeds scraped)

Directions:

🌱 Prepare the infusion:

  1. Heat 🍦 milk and 🍦 cream over low heat in a saucepan.
  2. Add 🌱 vanilla bean seeds and the pod. Simmer gently for 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.

🍬 Add sugar and bourbon:
