Mango Passionfruit Sorbet

A refreshing tropical sorbet blending the sweetness of mango with the tanginess of passionfruit, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients:

  • 🥭 1 1/4 cups (300 g) mango flesh
  • ✨ 2/3 cup (150 ml) passionfruit purée
  • 🍬 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
  • 🍋 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 🍶 3 tbsp (50 ml) water

Directions:

🥭 Prepare the base:

  1. Blend 🥭 mango flesh with ✨ passionfruit purée, 🍬 sugar, 🍋 lime juice, and 🍶 water until smooth.

🍨 Chill the mixture:

  1. Refrigerate the purée for 1 hour to ensure it is well chilled.

🍧 Churn the sorbet:

  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until light and refreshing.
