  • 🥛 2 tablespoons heavy cream

  1. Prepare the Truffles:
    • Break the 🍫 dark chocolate into pieces and melt it gently over a double boiler.
    • Dissolve the ☕ instant coffee in the warmed 🥛 milk, then mix in the 🍹 rum.
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk the 🧈 softened butter with 🍬 powdered sugar, 🌰 almond powder, and 🌰 orgeat syrup until smooth.
    • Gradually stir the melted chocolate into the butter mixture, followed by the coffee and rum mixture. Mix until the batter is smooth and glossy. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
