- π« 200g dark chocolate
- π₯ 20cl heavy cream
- π₯ 8cl milk
- π₯ 1 egg
π Directions:

- Roll out the shortcrust pastry in a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 15 minutes, using pie weights or dried beans to prevent it from puffing up.

- Set to 4 minutes, 60Β°C, speed 1, until smooth.
