- π§ 150 g unsalted butter

- π§ 20 g salted butter
- π₯ 10 cl heavy cream
- π¬ 100 g granulated sugar
π Directions:
- π§ Melt the Butter:
- Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces and melt it gently in the microwave or in a small saucepan without letting it brown.
- π₯ Make the Brownie Batter:
- Whisk the melted butter with 150 g of sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Add one egg and mix. Incorporate one-third of the flour and mix again. Repeat the process with the second egg and another third of the flour, then with the third egg and the remaining flour.
- π« Melt the Chocolate:
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Heat water in a medium saucepan and place the chocolate in a smaller saucepan to melt over the double boiler (bain-marie).
- Stir constantly until two-thirds of the chocolate is melted, then remove from heat and continue stirring until fully melted.
- β¨ Combine and Bake:
- Mix the melted chocolate into the brownie batter until smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (180-190Β°C).
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Let the brownie cool completely before removing from the pan.
- π― Prepare the Salted Caramel Sauce:
- In a dry skillet, evenly spread 100 g of sugar and heat until it melts into a golden caramel.
- Add the salted butter and stir until combined.
- Gradually add the heavy cream while stirring continuously until smooth.

- Remove the brownie from the pan and drizzle the surface generously with the salted caramel sauce.
