📝 Ingredients:

  • 4 brick pastry sheets 🥟
  • 4 beef steaks (approximately 120 g / 4.2 oz each) 🥩
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil 🫒
  • 1 egg yolk 🥚
  • Salt 🧂
  • Black pepper ⚫

📋 Directions:

  1. 🔥 Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. 🍳 Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the beef steaks for 1 minute on all sides until golden. Remove from the pan and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
