  • 🍫 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 🧈 10 g butter (for greasing the pan)
  • 🍬 2 tablespoons powdered sugar (for garnish)

📋 Directions:

  1. 🔥 Toast the Almonds:
    • Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C).
    • Spread the almonds on a non-stick baking sheet and toast for about 8 minutes until golden and aromatic. Let cool, then roughly chop them.
  2. 🍫 Prepare the Dry Mix:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, toasted almonds, raisins, and finely chopped candied orange peel.
  3. 🍯 Make the Caramel:
    • In a saucepan, heat the honey and granulated sugar until it forms a light caramel.
  4. 🍫 Incorporate the Chocolate:
    • Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth. Remove the caramel from the heat and stir in the melted chocolate.

    • Pour the chocolate and caramel mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
